It is a wonderful and fresh feeling having a Sauna or
Steam bath with essential oils.

Mix the oils (8 - 10 drops) in a bowl of water splash on the stones in the sauna or on the walls of the steam room. Alternatively place a big basin filled with hot water mixed with essential oils in a corner of your steam room.
