The most pleasurable way of using essential oils is in your daily bath.
Choose an essential oil or a blend of oils and add 15 - 20 drops in your bath and swish the water gently with your hands so that the oil forms a film on the top. A thin film of oil will envelop your body when you slip into your bath and will penetrate your skin and diffuse into the tissues. Alternatively you can put 10 - 12 drops in your bucket of water.
A morning aromatic bath will be revitalizing, invigorating and refreshing and bath before bedtime will be relaxing sedative and provides you a restful night sleep.
